Service Description

Structured group performance training focused on strength, movement quality, and long-term athletic development, delivered in a professional, high-performance environment. Sessions are led by Greg and Lucie, combining elite-level coaching experience with clinical and strength & conditioning expertise to ensure training is both effective and safe. Each session is designed to build strong athletic foundations through intelligent programming, clear coaching, and progressive development. The focus is not just on working hard, but on moving well, training with purpose, and developing the physical qualities that support long-term performance and injury resilience.


Upcoming Sessions


Cancellation Policy

All sessions must be cancelled or changed at least 12 hours before the start time. Cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance will not be charged and any session credit will be returned. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session start time, or missed sessions without notice, will be counted as used. Athletes or their guardians must inform the coaches of any injuries, pain, or medical conditions before each session. All athletes are expected to train with respect, discipline, and focus, and disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the session without refund. Sessions are suitable for athletes aged 10+ who are physically and mentally ready for structured training. Coaches reserve the right to modify or stop any exercise if they believe it is unsafe or unsuitable. Physical training carries inherent risk and participation is at the responsibility of the athlete and/or their guardian.
